My experience at Hotel Los Pasos was quite mixed. I loved how beautiful the upper room was, and I enjoyed the overall cleanliness and charm of the hotel. However, the noise levels were unbearable at times, and some incidents with service and billing left a lot to be desired. The location was convenient but not very quiet, which impacted my stay.

Rooms
7.0
The upper room I eventually got was beautiful with nice amenities, but overall the rooms were small, and noise traveled easily from the hallway and outside.
Service
5.0
The service was inconsistent. While some staff members were helpful, there were issues with billing and a lack of communication about promised amenities.
Location
6.0
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk around, but it's not as quiet as I had hoped.
Dining
5.0
I didn’t have a great experience with dining, as pricing was confusing and there were mix-ups with charges.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel has a nice ambiance, I felt some facilities like housekeeping needed improvement.

This hotel offers a unique and comfortable stay with an architecturally pleasing design. While the staff was friendly and the breakfast was generous, the noise from events above our room and some maintenance issues were disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent choice, but bring ear plugs and check if events are scheduled during your stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was charming and clean, but it felt a bit cramped, and I could hear some street noise. The unique design added character, and the jetted tub was a nice touch—though the smell of stagnant water was off-putting.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, and they provided helpful service. However, they seemed to lack awareness about managing noise levels from events that affected my stay.
Location
8.0
The location is convenient, just a short walk from key attractions, but be prepared for some street noise.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was excellent with huge portions, ensuring you won't go hungry. Great variety and quality, but be prepared for additional charges on certain items.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel is well-maintained with nice amenities, but the hot water pressure was surprisingly weak at times.

During my one-night business trip, I found this hotel to be charming with a lovely traditional Antigua style. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but I faced some communication issues with the staff. The breakfast was good, served in a lovely outdoor area. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but it may not be ideal if you don't speak Spanish.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and clean, featuring tall arched ceilings and a skylight that made the space feel airy.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly and helpful when approached, I experienced difficulties in communication due to language barriers.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located, close enough to walk to the center of Antigua, yet quiet enough to escape the hustle and bustle.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a la carte with quality options, and it was enjoyable having it in the outdoor area.

The hotel is beautifully landscaped with gardens everywhere, adding to the overall charm of the experience.

This small hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The staff went above and beyond, and I appreciated how clean and inviting everything was. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the city center—making it easy to explore. I also enjoyed the meals at the on-site restaurant, though I wish breakfast options were a bit more varied. Overall, it's an incredible place to stay, though keep in mind that some amenities could be improved.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, with cozy and clean rooms that offered a delightful ambiance. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. Although the room was a bit snug for three people, it still provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Dining was excellent, especially the breakfast, and we appreciated the peaceful garden setting. However, the hotel is located a bit away from the hustle and bustle, which might not suit those looking for immediate access to the main attractions.
